If you are contacting us in regards to a complaint, please contact the CASHA president at the above email address.

Please include the following when submitting a complaint: nature of the complaint, time of complaint, any supporting documents, as well as, the goal of resolving the issue.  The CASHA president will inform and discuss the sensitive situation with the appropriate CASHA chair person.  Once a resolution is made, you will be notified of the end result.
